AI vision and deep learning running operations at one of the world’s busiest temples
We built the Integrated Command Control Centre (ICCC) for the Tirumala temple in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh an AI command centre built on AI vision and deep learning technologies. Mr. Nagaraja was the Program Director from ZAP, Station-S for the build.
Around 75,000 pilgrims visit Tirumala every day and close to half a million Prasadam items are produced and distributed daily. The ICCC brings this scale of operation onto a single, AI-driven view so teams can see, decide and act in real time.

While ACE has conducted assessments for large SEI CMMi level 5 organizations, this document contains a typical report and not for a specific customer. This sample report explains how the competency areas were shortlisted based on the goals of the organization, how the assessment methods were chosen, the assessment report was presented and competency improvement recommendations were made. I found the AI-DT Executive Crash Course highly valuable, especially as a complement to ISB Online’s Leadership with AI programme. While the ISB course provided strong strategic foundations in AI, this programme added practical frameworks that helped bridge the gap between AI concepts and real-world enterprise execution.

As a senior manager in our organization interested in streamlining our project delivery practices, I wanted to understand all the practices involved in project management. The overview session provided me just what I wanted by covering the gyst of PMBoK and CMM. I also wanted to understand the practices that top IT organizations implement and the advanced practices session gave me an exposure to the advanced practices and why they are required in spite of implementing CMM.

We took the PMP 4 days’ training under Mr Nagaraj at Bengaluru. I remember on day 1 just after completion of session 1, I asked him for relevant real-life examples in Construction / Real Estate (myself along with colleague were from Construction industry in the whole class which is dominated by IT background members), right from the next session things changed. He looks into current state / needs of each individual and trains them accordingly, that takes some patience…!!
I passed my PMP EXAM with Above Target on 9th January 2018, these all came through the tough preparation behind the success. It all started with the 35 hours training done with IIL, in BANGLAORE. Four days of training was worth which was given by Mr. Nagaraj Gundappa, could cover all topics. But the tough time was to prepare for exam after getting into the day to day hectic schedule. And thanks to Nagaraj Sir for guiding and answering to all questions whenever asked for. It feels great to have achieved this prestigious certification.
