Do your team members feel comfortable in speaking technical matter to you (as they would among themselves)?
Are you in control of the technical discussions that pass through you (such as between customer and a module leader; or customer and an off-shore PM when you are the on-site coordinator)?
Do you feel comfortable in taking up high-tech projects?
You think that you are giving excellent tips to your team member; but the team member thinks that you are talking in air. Does this happen to you?
Do you become anxious if a technology change happens during the course of the project?
In your one-on-ones with the team members, has anybody expressed that s/he is not learning anything in the project?
During an analysis or design review, the customer suggests ideas that you feel are not suitable. Are you comfortable in justifying your stand to the customer?
Do your team members relate well to the big picture of the project and are comfortable interacting with the customer?
